How It Works

If you book a flight on GlobalAirTicketing and find a lower fare on another travel site within 24 hours of your booking, simply contact our customer support with the required proof. If eligible, we will refund you the difference.

Eligibility Criteria

• The flight itinerary must match exactly (same airline, flight number, dates, times, cabin class, and number of passengers).
• The lower fare must be found on a major, publicly available website (not a membership-only or rewards site).
• The request must be submitted within 24 hours of booking on GlobalAirTicketing.

Exclusions

• Group bookings or negotiated rates not available to the general public.
• Fares that include loyalty points, cashback, coupon codes, or bundled offers.
• Pricing errors or misprints on third-party websites.

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match, please email support@globalairticketing.com with the following:

• Your GlobalAirTicketing booking confirmation number.
• A screenshot or direct link showing the lower fare with identical flight details.
• The date and time when you found the lower price.

All price match requests are subject to verification by GlobalAirTicketing. We reserve the right to deny any claims that do not meet the criteria or appear to be fraudulent or misleading.
